We are based in Pembury, Kent but work throughout the UK. Liquid Applied Membranes (LAM) was founded in 2009 by Director Mark Richards. Mark has over 15 years’ experience in waterproofing and surfacing industries and has managed many prestigious commercial and domestic projects throughout the UK. Mark’s tenacious attitude can add value to any project along with his wealth of project management expertise whilst his eye for detail and efficiency ensure all services are carried out on time and on budget.

Liquid Applied Membranes deliver proven solutions to fulfil a wide range of applications. Our systems deliver the highest levels of technical performance. We offer all of our customers both commercial and domestic the highest levels of support and service in satisfying their specific needs. LAM can add value to any project by tailoring value engineering solutions to help the client save on cost whilst maximising performance. LAM is responsible for sales, estimating, design and installation.
