MBI heeft circa 300 medewerkers die werkzaam zijn op de productie- en verkooplocaties in Aalst, Kampen, Nieuw Lekkerland en op het hoofdkantoor in Veghel, op de verkooplocatie in Wuppertal (Duitsland) en in het verkoopteam België.
MBI levert zijn producten in Nederland, België, Duitsland, Engeland, Frankrijk, Italië, Noorwegen en Zwitserland.
