We can help you from start to finish with everything from land and site work to final finishing touches. We will customize any home or floor plan. Our homes are built with excellent materials and to meet all housing codes. A great benefit of purchasing a modular home is that the entire process is carefully controlled by the skilled work force in Muncy Homes' factory in Muncy, PA. While it's being built, the home is protected from the elements and vandalism.

The overall efficiency of modular construction results in tremendous cost savings. Building time is reduced by concurrent site work and home construction.
